If it were me, I would continue on until they come to her on the 15th and ask if she has been vaxxed. Both are very well written documents and the lawyers there should appreciate it. I happen to be allergic to PEG, have high blood pressure and a family history of blood clots. I feel embarassed posting medical info on an anonymous forum. I can't imagine how embarassing it would be to disclose that to an employer. Completely unethical. Does she have any risk factors? If so, ask them to provide a reasonable accomodation. She is O negative, and does have high blood pressure. Her chances of testing positive for Covid is 2.6% |

A big contract was coming up in Saigon and the employer required everyone to get the vaccine before going. He said no, not happening. Eventually they caved, saying he would have to quarantine for 2 weeks once arriving there. They still got the contract and he decided he wasn't going because he has a son that is 1 1/2 years old and would miss his sons second birthday. He gave them 2 weeks notice and already has a job lined out . I am proud of him because he chose his family over a job. |

In the contract, state that since the pharmaceutical companies have no liability for damages to your body and/or death, state that they will take up 100% of your upcoming medical bills and 100% paid salary for any time missed at work. If you are unable to work anymore, they pay you forever. If she dies, a multi-million dollar settlement. Since they are the ones forcing her to get this injection, they should be held liable. Am I wrong? Bring it to their CEO or president or whatever. Ask him to sign it. If he does, just quit. But he won't. That'll prove the vaccine is stupid to everyone involved and possible call his bluff. |
