She works at a law firm, a lawsuit doesn't carry as much weight as it would in a company without hundreds of attorneys.

Some suckhole attorney would take that case pro bono in hopes of climbing the ladder another rung.

a) get fired

b) organize with co-workers to collectively say "fuck you" to the big man

B is worth a shot before resorting to A.



If she can get enough people organized they will drop it.

No employer can legally require a substance that isn't approved by the FDA. The jabs only have emergency use authorization.

And the FDA can't give approval until Phase III clinical trials are over, which is late-2022 to early-2023 according to Pfizer and Moderna's own announcements.

I'm not so sure this is true. I have heard of no other organization let alone a law firm demanding vaccinations.

I went to town for the first time in a year...

And most people were wearing masks ..

But i felt stupid as i seen a guy in the health food store not ..

I slowly took it off..even though it was below my nose ..

So i began to talk to the man ..He was super nice...As i am ..

No problems ..

Went to town because i have been putting off going to the doctor office...

A big place,maybe with 4 people inside ...

Really nice...in fact...but she said i did not need the mask..i said do i really need this stupid thing...

she said no take it off...i did so ...lol

They know its a crock..

I know i have said i have NOT WORN A MASK ...TILL TODAY ...because it was my first outing ...

And it was Really decent with really nice people...

She even liked my samsung smart watch 3 ...She said that is neat..

I said yea it takes my ...o2,stress,bpm,ECG ...soon to be blood pressure once its approved ...

But yea what i thought...People are STILL SUPER DUPER COOL...

I said i have not left the house in year ...which i haven't so i kept forgetting about the mask being on or off...

But she just said ..keep it off...lol...

Let them fire her, and report all of the lawyers to the bar.

A law firm would be the last to declare this as they know the consequences.


If this is so someone should send them a letter demanding them to rescind this as it is illegal.

Interesting, the firm she works for is based in California, which is probably why they think they can get away with this.

Maybe she could ask to change her employment contract to a contractor (instead of employee), same relative compensation (talk to an accountant). The firm is not asking its vendors nor contractors to vaccinate, only employees.

EEOC gives the following guidance and would take her case if she used a religious exemption and they still forced it. Being attorneys, they will back off. You could also state due to underlying health conditions or that she is allergic to ingredients in the shot she cannot risk taking it at this time. It is ILLEGAL for an employer to force the vaccine because it was never FDA approved and is still considered an experimental vaccine.

Front line workers are required to get TB skin tests and various other health tests due to the nature of their job. They can also claim a religious exemption.

Recently, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) clarified in its updated guidance that employers may be able to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine among their employees in certain circumstances without running afoul of key federal anti-discrimination laws. This does not necessarily mean that you can force all your workers to get COVID-19 shots, as there are numerous issues you will face if you choose to mandate vaccinations. One such issue is an employee's refusal to get the vaccine based on their sincerely held religious beliefs.

You can't get unemployment if you quit.

Just get fired.

You don't even need an excuse at moment. It's not FDA approved and its out under emergency authorization.

That has worked in EVERY CASE, from attempted federal (nation wide) requirements to small business.

They need majority compliance for their 'mandate' to work.
When they don't get the majority to comply, they quietly drop the 'mandate' and let it slide.

My wife has worked for the same man for over 20 years ....

And He is catholic and my wife dont wear a mask at work...Nor does he push ANYTHING ON HER...AT ALL

He asked if her Religion allows vaccines ...Said only if there is NO BLOOD IN IT ..WHICH THERE IS ....SO NO...

And he said its ok...He is fine with it ...

Without my wife ,HE said himself ..he forgot how to do most things ...

But he is a super nice lawyer ...YA ...i know right ...But he really is ..

He told my wife he will be retiring in 2 years ...Which is good..

Because im not sure how much longer she can hold out ...

Because my wife has a hereditary Lung problem,where its hard for her get o2 as it is with NO MASK...HE KNOWS THIS ...

So my wife after this will go on disability because what she has is really a death sentence ..

Sad really ...But her boss is cool with all ..And if he was not...HE WOULD SPEAK...HE DONT PLAY AROUND ....
