The hospital I work at requires the flu vaccine OR you can opt out for religious reasons or if you have allergic reactions. They just made up wear a mask during flu season. Now it’s irrelevant since we’re all wearing masks all of the time. |

If not, make sure she sends a blanket email to every employee indicating the answer to that question. In the meanwhile, tell her to get her affairs in order prior to being terminated. Every good paralegal needs to feel the pain from wrongful termination. It’ll make her more compassionate towards others, as they come seeking counsel from the new firm she will be working at, and she’ll have direct work experience in this soon to be Verty Common problem in the near future. By this time next year, vaccines will be more and more forced on people, especially when Covid 21 is released this fall. Those that are being vaxed now will be dropping like roaches in a Raid factory.. |
