Does she have to show proof? Just say that she got it.

I have never had an employer check if I have gotten the smallpox vaccine, rubella, tetanus, flu, measles, mumps, pertussis, or polio. What give them the right to make me get the COVID vaccine?

4. Covid vaccinate persons under 75 without 2-3+ major diseases have litearlly NEAR-ZERO chance of dying from Covid.. whether exposed by unvaccinated or vaccinated people who BOTH spread the Covid virus if infected (not every one expose gets infected).

5. Covid unvaccinated people pose NO MORE THREAT to vaccinated people.. than other Covid vaccinated people do.

That called being laid off and then you file for unemployment. Either you have a job with a paycheck or you don't. Do they try to list you as a non working employee lol.

She can tell them it's against her religion, she has a disability that prevents vaccination and she took a pregnancy test at home and it was positive.

A Law firm should know better than this. HUGE LIABILITY. Any sickness or death this law firm will pay BIG TIME.

I believe they said that so far all that was needed in similar cases was for their legal team to send a letter and all have dropped the mandatory requirements.

100% wait to get fired op. and once she is fired she needs to immediately seek other work while she sues. It's part of being able to get full damages, proving that you tried to mitigate. This isn't legal advice. I just went through a similar situation before. Sorry for your troubles. We are fighting back. You're not alone.

Dude I have like 20 people's CDC vaccine card pics from Facebook saved. She must have seen a bunch of them too.

There's plenty of people who have posted blanks online now and all she has to do is find a few from her area and fill in a believable lot number and date. Scan and send to HR.

Done. There's no way her company will try to get access to her actual electronic medical records, most just want a photocopy of the card so they can check the box and get some discount from their insurance companies.

This is a joke. It goes on and on like that. I would not say this would help, only hurt.

The legal consensus, right or wrong, along with Federal guidelines, is that employers can require you to be vaccinated as condition of employment. Until that is challenged, that's pretty much it.

If they are going to fire you, handing them this letter will not change anything. I would suggest an honest personal conversation with a manager or someone more senior if you have access, would be a better approach.

I'm in WI, and we have a bill passed in the house, waiting for senate, that would prohibit companies from mandating it. Whether the governor signs (Democrat) or it can be overridden remain to be seen, but that's what I'd like to see more of.

See an attorney right away. And send them a letter back saying that you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons. They have no right to know these reasons under HIPPA. Tell them that if they continue to try to force experimental medical technology on you, as a condition of your job, that you will sue. Sometimes, I have found in life, threats are enough. Many businesses will cave over a letter.

In the meantime talk to other employees and see if you can get a movement going. This shit has to be NIPPED IN THE BUD.

And whatever you do, DON'T GET THAT FUCKING VACCINE NO MATTER WHAT. It very likely WILL kill you at some point and perhaps horribly. WE are in the right.

THIS - THIS IS BRILLIANT. OP, THIS is what you have to include. This is all about intimidation tactics. You have to make them AFRAID OF YOU. This is a good thing to give them. Tell them you object on medical grounds that they have no legal right to know and give them this statement that they would have to accept liability for any adverse reaction - or death - that happens to you.

They will back down especially if you can get more people to join you.
