Job Sends Letter To All Employee's Must Be Vaccinated by May 15 (update)

Been there, done that.

Awhile ago, my last job before retiring I worked at a major hospital. During the annual Employee Health visit the nurse tried to coerce me into getting a flu shot. I politely refused. She said she would suspend me. So, without making a scene I said Okay and calmly walked out.

My dept. notified me by phone that I was suspended, I said Okay and DID NOT make a scene in either instance.

I went six weeks without calling or inquiring about my status.
Six weeks. Finally I get a call from the Department Manager that I should come back to work on Monday. I said that would be good but I am missing six weeks pay and should probably get a lawyer. I was put on hold for about five minutes. He came back on said and said OK the money would be waiting for me when I showed up on Monday.

I showed up on Monday, the money was there and life went on as usual. I can almost guarantee you that he was conferring with company lawyers during the time I was put on hold.

SO, tell you daughter to above all else, stay calm and resolute while she is being coerced - NO DRAMA -, roll with it. They will definitely back down, but also do not mention getting a lawyer to them until it is absolutely necessary, tell her to not show them the cards she is holding, keep them guessing.

Insurance is what is driving it. I am in the renewal process for company workers comp, liability and other insurance lines. The questions are horrible.

They want to know how much of the workforce is vaccinated - I have no idea I haven’t asked.

But the insurance market has also been setup by laws created to put the liability on the employer if the employee gets covid. I am in healthcare and they want o know number of covid patients we have cared for and those that died. They want all reported to liability insurance even there is no claim potential.

I really believe the plan is to leave elderly without help.

It will not work in this instance, because now, countries are being colored, and depending the color that they got, they are safe or not safe and no tourists or other transactions are permitted, and so they will push to have their country green, and they do not care if you will stay silent or not, it is an issue of each country as an interaction with other countries this one.

The citizens will either have to comply or choose to do what they want but not inside the society that they push now.

Stop trying to find a way out of it and get your rights back, you are humans, you can get sick, you can refuse something that is experimental, there is no legal way for pushing the vaccination, you either get together and by any means you make sure that they know it, or you kneel down to your master.

As an individual you are doomed to fail, as a team you will not fail in the long term, you might die or become martyrs but you will not fail, for the World to become better and not fade away.

Here, which is not Romania, the Prime Minister asked for one last time the citizens, to go and get vaccinated.

The way he told in live, it was the way of a mafia person, speaking like a madman with a calm voice, asking something whilst being ready to burst into total kill spree, a last threat was, towards all the citizens of this country, like the one that terrorists do while they make demands for their terms.

The vaccine is not FDA approved. The current status of everyone taking it is opting into a vaccine trial. They cannot force employee's to participate in a vaccine trial. People do not realize this and possibly the company doesn't either. If they still require her to take it, then she needs a contract from them that they will be held liable if any effects should happen and they must pay her medical and care.

The Government of each country is making terrorists demands to all, and so each part then is making the same terrorist demands to each one that the part has power upon.

A lawyer told me everything is a contract. Have her get a lawyer to makeup a contract that's says sure I'll get the vax, however if I get anything even a headache, you must pay me 10 million dollars.

If she doesn't want to get the vaccine she should reaffirm that she will wear her mask at all times and properly while on duty, eat lunch in her car or outside, regular temp checks and get tested as required/requested.

Come the 15th, if questioned her only response should be, she is afraid of a vaccine that has not been approved by the FDA except by emergency

THEN say nothing else. Don’t threaten, don’t even hint at taking anything further. Wait until she is fired. Leave quietly if fired asking for a letter of recommendation and negotiate severance package.

Once leaving the office file for unemployment. Her employer will need to approve the unemployment. While that’s in process find an attorney, join a class action, whatever it takes to bury the law firm. Don’t forget taking this to the labor board as well

NM is NOT a right to work state. Unfortunately. Loony Grisham and her lefty friends are against it and it's one of the many things that makes it hard for business in the state.

Employees can always quit regardless. If someone demands that you violate your beliefs and forces you to get an experimental medical device injected into your system, and especially one that you can never get rid of, you have the potential for a huge lawsuit and settlement. Let them think about that.
