Here's something to consider. Do you think many of these jobs requiring it have a plan if many of their employees decide to say no? Will they simply just replace them? If that's the plan then that tells you you are easily replaceable.

Then guess what. You only get one life. And one lifetime which you cannot replace. Is it worth it to just hand it over to a job that can just replace you with another worker just like that?
