Your daughter will have to inform them if purse this pressuring and threat of job loss will 100% result in Civil Rights complaint & investigation by US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Followed by potential Civil Lawsuit if retaliation or firing occurs because of asserting her employee and civil rights.
