If you try, I will exercise my right to self-defense against you (and your accomplices) to the extent I deem necessary for the protection of myself and my family." This is a joke. It goes on and on like that. I would not say this would help, only hurt. The legal consensus, right or wrong, along with Federal guidelines, is that employers can require you to be vaccinated as condition of employment. Until that is challenged, that's pretty much it. If they are going to fire you, handing them this letter will not change anything. I would suggest an honest personal conversation with a manager or someone more senior if you have access, would be a better approach. I'm in WI, and we have a bill passed in the house, waiting for senate, that would prohibit companies from mandating it. Whether the governor signs (Democrat) or it can be overridden remain to be seen, but that's what I'd like to see more of. The documents are in WORD and can be changed and customized to suit the situation. They are very well written and will have it all in a nutshell. It's not always easy to sit and have an "honest personal conversation" ABOUT VACCINES. You have to get to the nitty gritty and it's not always going to be about "changing" the situation...its about getting the message out there. With the documents, you can leave them with something to look over and think about. Having polite conversations with people who want you to or think you should or demand that you do take a vaccine ain't workin' these days. And for some of us, when push comes to shove, just may want to leave the harsh words in there. And as for these "bills" banning or prohibiting companies from mandating the vaccine...THAT is the JOKE. I am in AZ and our governor put one through and I bet it sounds exactly like the one in your state as well as all the others. It means NOTHING. What it does is basically allow the governors to look like freedom fighters WHEN THEY'RE NOT. Look closely at the word trickery of the legislation. I bet you'll find where it says something like "no company or business shall require OR mandate any person to show medical documentation blah blah blah that they have taken the COVID vaccine... UNLESS THE VACCINE IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW." They have to slip that in there because no state is going to give up THEIR RIGHT TO MANDATE VACCINATIONS IN AN "EMERGENCY SITUATION". It likely also lists a slew of agencies and schools that CAN require it BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALWAYS REQUIRED IT and then it will probably leave the rest up to private businesses to do what they wish. There is nothing left! Believe me, all these businesses that have been given MONETARY AND TAX INCENTIVES to see this fake pandemic through ARE GOING TO KEEP UP THE FACADE. He's a German lawyer, licensed to practice throughout the EU and in some states the US. He's been preparing a crimes against humanity case against the WHO and other parties responsible for the hoax.
