CBC Marketplace: Bright headlights and tinted car windows: How safe are you on the road?

Here we go. Finally. This was actually released a month ago. I guess I'll stop giving people the finger for having mental retard LED "headlights" since the national conversation has begun.

We're finally asking the question whether something is wrong with our headlight/tint situation after I'm sure many municipal police were given orders to not pursue such things and it is now an epidemic. Sounds about right.
