I could see it plain as day, very bright and clear and I could easily see the wide long expanding exhaust plume.

It was higher in the sky than I thought it would be - about 25-30 degrees up from horizon.

I could also see the first stage coming back down and even saw it light red as it was coming back down.

I watched until it was well northeast probably off the coast of Virginia, when the second stage cut off and separated.

Everybody out and about this am in this part of NC who would have been looking anywhere in that general direction would have seen it. It was bright and you couldn't miss even if you weren't looking for it unless you're blind.

That was awesome.

What I don't get is why does the lift off always go from vertical to horizontal really quick???

First time for me!!! Actually got to see the flames from the rockets for about 1 minute. Went out on our balcony here in Tallahassee and it is so clear tonight, couldn’t see the rocket naturally but watched as it cleared the tree line. Looked like 4 flames from the rockets.

No, you're right. Space is faked, the Earth is flat and nothing gets past the Firmament/Van Allen Belts.

My daughter had to sit through 2 days of save the Earth bullshit this week at school (it was Earth Day).
Don't use plastic straws, don't eat meat even ethically sourced meat, save water blah blah blah.
I pointed out to her that Mr Musk is sending up 19,000 satellites this year alone. I'm sure that's just a fantastic idea if the planet is so fucking fragile right!

Saw it live from my yard here on the Space Coast. Never seen that "jellyfish" effect before. It was awesome, but at the time it happened I was sure the damn thing had exploded. Saw the boosters land, too. Pretty amazing site this morning!
