It's April/May now, and the AP article does say "intends to".

they can keep the poor little indoctrinated zombies that they're teaching for free because they're barely functioning human beings capable of independent thought and therefore failed to launch and go to university because mommy and daddy won't pay for their apartment and the university houses them for free.

Why do you want to go? What would you study? There are great jobs out there that don’t require any degrees and you don’t have to waste 4+ years and accrue debt. And look into religious exemptions if you really want to go. Or go to a doctor and say you have had allergic reactions to vaccines and get a medical waiver.

Tell him to contact a lawyer. Ask him how much his health is worth to him. Don’t give in if you don’t want the shot. He gets sick and he’s on his own. No one will rescue him.

Yup. If you get sick no one will help you. So forget trying to go to work or school when you can’t get out of bed. Better to find something else to do. Downsize your life to make it possible if it means taking a pay cut. Your body will thank you.

Great point. They are targeting the liberal schools first where the compliance will be enough for other schools to follow suit.

Something big and sinister is en route before the Fall Semester, however. This has to be some type of predictive programming and social shaping step for things to come in the next four months.

I don't know how many times I have to say this, but nobody is 'requiring' anybody to take an experimental 'vaccine'(actually gene therapy). Under the terms of the EUA these concoctions were developed under, they are not FDA approved and are experimental in nature. An entitiy cannot force anyone to take an experimental drug. In fact, when you submit to taking one of the concoctions, you become part of the experiment! I guess that not enough people have died under the J & J shot yet, thus the rescinding of the 'pause' yesterday.

Why the parents of the students don't join in a class action lawsuit and sue the hell out of the CA state university system is beyond me! Perhaps someone will smarten up and soon. People are canceling their vax appointments here in WA state in record numbers; they were able to jab the sheep and non-critical thinkers already!

My son attends a CA State University and here is the wording from the email he received:

Dear campus community,

As you may have heard, the California State University, in tandem with the University of California, announced today that COVID-19 vaccines will be required for students and employees returning to CSU campuses. This requirement will be conditioned upon full approval of one or more vaccines by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as adequate availability of the fully approved vaccines. This requirement will become effective at the beginning of the fall 2021 term, or upon full FDA approval of the vaccine, whichever occurs later.

The CSU will be engaging in discussions with the California State Student Association, the CSU Academic Senate and labor unions before implementing changes to existing immunization requirements

Legit, but the school will still offer on-line studies.

Mine is graduating highschool early, then wants to take a year off before attending college. Which I am happy about since the vaccine seems to be a hot topic.

I will be most probably suing when it comes time also. They cannot force someone to participate in a vaccine study to attend. Esp when they have state and federal discounts and funds.

There are some things which may not be wise to state online, but suffice it to say that if someone or some entity has in mind my cruel and unnecessary death for a sick agenda, I would not sit idly by when they attempt to effect that plan upon me.

Every college I've read says you have the option of receiving an exception for religious or medical purposes.

Even with the exemption they require you to having some contact tracing on your phone and make you do swab test weekly, it's actually on the Religious belief form that you have to consent to or they won't approve it.

Yes, but you have to consent to weekly swab test and contact tracing so they know your location at all time. Read the religious exemption. I wish there's a miracle that can help as my son will be attending UCI in the falls or not.

Are you sure?

All can exempt themselves. Self certification. Declining a medical intervention is a valid medical exemption by itself in a common law jurisdiction, no other reason required.

And because there is this exemption process is why they're getting away with the suggestion you must have the vax as being legal.
