Whatever they use as encryption for the pass, it will be a weak encryption because safe encryptions like public/private key are way to complicated for normal people when shopping.
So it will be easy to find HowTo's for faking the pass.

Not in the us they have not codified anything into law. They can’t mandate a experimental medicine and vaccine passport doesn’t exist in law. It’s like if trump came out and said you must have a trump passport they can trick people into acceptance but at the end of the day it’s fiction until a bill passes congress.

The other block is the absolute failure of mass Vax. You can’t make half the population second class, maybe 1/6th but with half rejecting it’s not happening.
