Delhi requires real time PCR testing. I will go out on a limb and say that real time means a lower Ct than what was done in Hong Kong. The lower the number of stages the quicker the test. Delhi may have used something like 30 stages which is still on the high side. Then Hong Kong did the usual crazy 40 stage test that finds scraps of spike DNA that is most probably left over from an earlier bout of COVID.

All during Trump's presidency they left the PCR tests set at the default 40 which was lunacy. But magically in Feb this year they dropped it down to something like 30. That made it look like Biden and 'his' vaccine has saved the day in just a month, how wonderful was this magical Biden.

As far as I know Florida is the only state that requires the Ct to be reported with every PCR test.

I have no doubt that Michigan is using a Ct of 40 still just to get the high count of false positives, to support the Orwellian shut downs.
