BREAKING: Never before seen video just released of capitol insurrectionists attacking police, including deceased officer Brian Sicknick
Never-before-seen video from the January 6 siege on the U.S. Capitol offers a new look at a violent confrontation between fallen U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick and two rioters indicted for assaulting him.
Several videos of the confrontation were released to WUSA9 after a successful legal challenge by its parent company TEGNA and other media outlets. The footage was compiled from six surveillance videos, three body camera videos recorded by DC Police officers and one open source cell phone video. The videos were shown during a court hearing for one of the defendants, George Tanios, but were not included on the official docket, which is why a judge ordered them released.

Tanios, 39, a sandwich shop owner in Morgantown, West Virginia, and his co-defendant, 32-year-old Julian Khater, of Pennsylvania, were indicted in March on 10 counts, including conspiracy to injure an officer, assault on a federal officer with a dangerous weapon and engaging in physical violence in a restricted grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon casing significant bodily injury. If found guilty, they could potentially face decades in prison.
In the videos, Khater, marked by a red arrow, can be seen appearing to hold up a canister and move it back and forth. Nearby officers, including Sicknick, marked with a blue arrow, can be seen in a bodycam video covering their faces and moving away.

Bodycam footage captured the officers pulling away from the line to have their eyes doused with water.

Both Israeli operatives. One was arrested after getting off the plane from Tel Aviv.

Another video captured by a surveillance camera shows three officers, including Sicknick, appearing to react to being sprayed with something and moving away from the barricades. Khater can be seen in this video from a different angle appearing to spray something from a canister.

A fourth video, captured by another surveillance camera, shows Sicknick rubbing his eyes and pouring water on his face shortly before 2:30 p.m.

Re: BREAKING: Never before seen video just released of capitol insurrectionists attacking police, including deceased officer Brian Sicknick
Just after 2:14 pm, according to prosecutors, "Khater reaches his hand towards Tanios's backpack and then stands behind Tanios, appearing to reach inside the backpack and retrieve something."

In one video, as described by the government, Khater tells Tanios "Give me that bear s***," and Tanios responds, "Hold on, hold on, not yet, not yet... it's still early." Later, Khater can allegedly be seen holding a white can of chemical spray in his hand.

The government has cited this conversation in court as evidence that "the two were working in concert and had a plan to use the toxic spray against law enforcement."

Later, just after 2:23 pm, prosecutors say Khater is seen at the police line "holding a canister in his right hand and aiming it in the officers' direction while moving his right arm from side to side."

Multiple police officers, including Sicknick, "immediately retreat from the line, bring their hands to their faces and rush to find water to wash out their eyes," prosecutors say. "Officer Sicknick can be seen bending over and washing his eyes out away from the line."

The government claims that it has obtained copies of receipts, showing Tanios purchased four canisters of chemical spray on the evening of Jan. 5, the night before the attack on the Capitol.

Both men are seeking to be released from federal custody pending their trial on the charges related to the Capitol Riot. The Department of Justice is arguing against their release, saying that the serious nature of the alleged crimes and the potential danger both men pose to the public, weighs in favor of their detention.

A federal judge is set to hear additional arguments on those issues on May 6.

No. Just the two that attacked the police and sprayed them with chemicals. Then fled to Tel Aviv the next day.

Always the excuses. First it was Antifa infiltrators. Now it's Mossad.

Or is it Mossad using Antifa infiltrators?

Maybe Antifa is part of Mossad?

Or maybe Mossad is part of Antifa?

Perhaps they both were there but totally unaffiliated?

You mean because these police officers were doing there jobs and trying to protect our Capitol from violent rioters who broke in, damaged property, threatened lives and attempted an insurrection?

They should have used live fire.
