For those who can't watch the video they are all natural non-processed foods like fish, olive oil and olives, sprouted breads, raw honey, beans and nuts, fruits, goat's milk cheese and milk, and a couple I am forgetting.

Watching that makes me wish I could go travel into the distant past when food was pure and natural and put it in my kitchen.
