just keep your own immune system on the up and up so if people do start releasing spike proteins you won't have a problem with them, if they have them in their bodies then they can cough them out because they attack the lung epithelial cells, among other things

yeah, all those, along with vit D, although I probably wouldn't take ivermectin all the time, only now one time to rid yourself of whatever parasites you have, and then keep some on hand for when you feel funny, you will likely know it when the spike protein enters your body, at least if it's enough of them to matter

A doctor normally prescribes 5 x 50,000 iu for a total of 250,000iu taken over the course of 7 days.

It takes 7 days for any dose of d3 to be transformed into the bodies usable for called calcitrol

After this period just go back to maintenance dose of 5000iu a day

You also need to take a high dose of Magnesium Glycinate and K2-mk4 so that you will absorb the D3.
