I just used a ruler and found that all those "images" of earth show a perfect circle. Yet, NASA and Neil Tyson have been preaching lately how it turns out that the earth is actually pear shaped. How can a pear shape be a perfect circle?

The red line is a perfect circle. It just touches the atmosphere at the equator but there's a gap between the red line and earth at the poles. Earth is oblate in the image, as it should be.

I have a real telescope and have viewed jupiter, mars, venus, saturn multiple times and none of these demonstrate star like attributes and all views show surface level details confirming the more detailed hubble images. If i werent so lazy. I could even track and calculate the orbits of jupiter and saturns moons because even those objects are clearly visible
