They talk about tactics to control populations, weapons such as smart dust that can bury into to your lungs and carry out tasks, wave generating machines, beam weapons, viruses and vaccines, air, torturing US citizens on prime time news, psychological warfare- you name it. The problems with advance technology and a look and what could happen, how to bring people out of poverty and other things about teaching people. The attacks seem to be more from outside sources. Problems without technology being made outside the country and many other problems, what is happening, what could happen and how to try and fix it. I went to look at the presentation. You don't skip around, you go from point to point. Given Americas superiority and that there is an elite controlling things where it's been indicated that domestic terrorism will be a thing, like those that dont agree with the government. I have no doubt NASA will play a part in the global control objective. It doesnt state who they need these weapons against and there is the very worrying example of capturing and torturing Americans on tv. That doesnt sound like an outside threat at all and is about the only time they do mention an adversary.
