I'm a white woman and I've had black women go psycho on me at work, and I've seen it with others. It's something many of them use as a TACTIC. Aside from being crazy. Something happens they don't like or they try to get an advantage, they start yelling "racism racism". Been there, done that. The worst is when you see upper management cave in to this out of fear. I knew one really incompetent older black woman who would stage fainting episodes on top of the racism stuff and she literally ended up with her own office in the back where she did NO WORK because they were afraid of her.
