I saw medium color brown hands reach for that ticket. That clearly was a black woman who has been brainwashed by the mainstream media and academia to believe all cops are murderers who hate black people and hunt them down in order to kill them. That's why she expressed that she feared for life.

Many blacks also don't like Mexicans either because they see them as competition for jobs and housing. I seriously doubt that was a white female teacher by the way she openly and shamelessly expressed her bigotry with no fear of being fired like a white person would be if they had done the same thing. That's why her face was blurred out to protect her identity. They don't protect white racists.
