I jumped on my motorcycle and rode to the beach. Went swimming in the atlantic ocean ran a mile on the beach did 50 pushups , showered now im just relaxing in the shade on a bench :).

Family, good friends, cooking, gardening, de-cluttering, house projects like painting different rooms. Workload is immense and I am blessed to work for myself and be so busy. Making sure to keep a work/life balance as much as possible. Zero MSM tv news since election week, not even local news. Listening to beautiful and enjoyable music. Staying far away from anyone who lives their life in fear and only want to talk about Rona hoax & vax. Meaningful discussions with people in person. Reaching out to people who are having difficulties during this time. Getting ready to spend a few months by the sea.

I’m being kinder to others in my thoughts and in deeds.

I’m learning as much as I can about growing food in a tough to grow area. Grubs are abundant. I’ve been learning about determinate tomatoes vs indeterminate, soy, potatoes, onions. I’m excited to make my own soy milk, but I really want to try hemp milk! I read hemp milk is very high in protein. I’d like to grow and make it from scratch.

I take care of an old abandoned cat. She is impossible to live with inside the house, but I’ve made her a very nice enclosed living accommodations outside. Caretaking her makes me feel caretaken and safer myself.

I’m reading a biography by author, Blanche Wisen Cook, on the great Eleanor Roosevelt. It is a 3 book biographical trilogy. Very interesting to read about the culture that is the antecedents of this current culture.

I read lots and ponder the current paradigm of this world.

I love the Creator and see the abundance of creation. There is nothing I can give God that God doesn’t already have except a daily conversation.

I love to make homemade things like tortillas.

I went through a near-fatal illness a few years ago and was more or less forced into just living each day in the moment.

I retired a few years ago and took up woodworking, stained glass art, and pyrography. I also read constantly.

I can detach from madness of the last year and the current political insanity by immersing in a project. When I'm focused on that the rest of the world goes away.

I'm just enjoying the show and hanging on for the ride.

All is well, even if the world falls into the shitter.
