Well there you go... Not licking the boot of the popo... just don't break the law... an activist, no doubt she'd be the red paint splasher at a taxidermy conference. If a cop tells you they have a warrant make sure you read it and then comply... unfortunately it's about to get a whole lot worse.

Did she win a lawsuit for wrongful termination based on evidence of ethics violations?

These same people praise Cuomo and his geriatric genocide.

No, she's facing possible prison time.

She sought out a crusade of her own making.

DeSantis wasn't playing the COVID game so she tried to lie and make the great state of Florida look bad. Then hacked her way into a secure system and fucked around. Got a visit from FDLE.

Moral of the story here folks is: Fuck around, find out.

'The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said in a statement that it executed the warrant after receiving a complaint “from the Department of Health regarding unauthorized access to a Department of Health messaging system which is part of an emergency alert system, to be used for emergencies only.”

[link to ca.news.yahoo.com (secure)]

Another source:

Rebekah Jones arrested for unauthorized access of FDOH system

...

According to the arrest warrant, on November 10, the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) reported a “possible network intrusion” to their ReadyOp system. During that access, a mass text message was sent; FDOH estimates that the message was sent to approximately 1,750 people before the software vendor was able to stop the message. The message read: “It’s time to speak up before another 17,000 people are dead. You know this is wrong. You don’t have to be a part of this. Be a hero. Speak out before it’s too late.”

...

Further examination of the ReadyOp text history logs revealed that two other text messages were sent on November 10. The first one, sent to a single person (Witness A), read, “It’s time to speak out before another 17,000 are dead. Text Rebekah – From StateESF8.Planning.” The second one was sent to Witness B and read, “It’s time to speak up before another 17,000 are dead – From: StateESF8.Planning.”

FDLE sent a subpoena to Comcast to identify the holder of the IP address, and the response indicated that the IP address belonged to account holder Rebekah Jones at her home address. FDLE then spoke with Witness A, who said Jones was a former employee of FDOH who had been terminated on May 25, 2020. Witness A also said Jones was not authorized to access the ReadyOp system “since her dismissal from FDOH.” Even when employed, “Jones’s role would not have required her to send messages through the ReadyOp system. If, for some unforeseen reason, Jones needed to send a message during her employment with FDOH, it would have required prior supervisor approval.”...

She should have been locked up in the nut house.
She got fired from her teaching job for stalking and threatening to fail the room mate of her ex.

The girl has a hormone imbalance of the third kind.

All cases she has filed in court against everybody have been thrown out.

She is a nice looking girl but a nut job.

If she wants to believe in her left wing conspiracies, that's fine. It's a free country and she can believe whatever she wants. She can even start a blog, website, public forum and broadcast all her conspiracies/theories. What she can't do is hijack the Florida Dept of Health site and illegally broadcast emergency messages. That's what she's being charged with (mentioned and linked in thread).

Part of the reason Americans are not resisting tyranny now is that they are either too young to know what freedom is or too old to care.

Americans are lazy, scared, ignorant, defeated, degraded, divided, and distracted. Why go out and risk getting arrested and killed fighting tyranny when they have weed, beer, food stamps, A/C, and TV?

Americans also think freedom wouldn't benefit them and tyranny only affects others so they try to ignore or justify being unconstitutionally wiretapped, groped by the TSA, being tracked with license plate readers, stopping for checkpoints, and being stopped and frisked. Americans don't know history and they think that tyranny won't get worse.

Another reason Americans are not resisting the police state now is because there is no money in fighting tyranny. No one ever became a billionaire by fighting tyranny.

Americans are whistling down to the concentration camps and don't even know it.

Everything changes in a police state.

The friendly Gestapo who once only arrested robbers and murderers is now also responsible for jailing Christians, beggars, smokers, protestors, reporters, lawyers, parents, business people, pet owners, bank customers, gun owners, and pedestrians.

The law-abiding citizen no longer can obey the law because everything is illegal.
