Awareness of VAERS is much higher now than in previous years. I can see a 10x multiplier, but not 100x. 30K deaths can be hidden, swept under the rug, and blamed on other things. 300k, I seriously doubt.

We need to see the overall rate of deaths for all causes and compare it to previous years.
