lol. Actually a really nice area in central Florida. I have lived in St. Lucie and Martin no more than a few miles from the beach for 30 years. But about 3 years ago I moved to highlands county. I got a good job opportunity at a speed shop and was getting tired of towing my race cars out to Sebring raceway. So it was 2 fold. Lived there for almost 2 years. It would be the perfect place to live it the beach was close. I really liked lake placid. It is just beautiful our there it's almost like stepping into a time machine. Cost of living is really low, they paid me alot because I was a "big city" mechanic and built race cars lol. But everyone was super friendly. If shit hits the fan that's where I'm headed. Still talk to my friends from out there. The main reason I was there mainly for a woman and that went to shit so I moved back. Helpful hint when your 32 dating a 45 year old cougar sex and alcoholic it's not going to work out lol.

Exactly, we all talk about those new laws down here and you would not believe how many people are just waiting for something to pop off so they can start shooting. Personally I'm reserved and don't go looking for trouble, but there are ALOT of people down here that are pretty much praying they start looting or blocking streets. Everyone is back to bringing there gun everywhere they go agian. Im telling you it's no joke down here, it's like a rednecks wet dream, I hear neighbors planning it out. They hope they catch people looting at night time so they can just shoot from US1 out there window and drive back home.
