what I enjoyed about motherhood the most was the relative autonomy, compared to working in schools, hospitals, nursing homes.

taking care of horses (cleaning stalls, watering and feeding, putting sheets and/or blankets on them as needed for cold weather) was pretty autonomous too, once you knew what to do.

so I liked it!

It is the sacred duty of good women to have children and raise them properly.

It IS physically demanding at times, emotionally draining, and nerve-wracking.

I am past 70 and had multiple careers with some significant accomplishments such as inventing new weapons systems to defend our country, BUT...

My proudest achievement is my 5 kids, all of whom are wonderful human beings.

OP, keep up the good work and don't stop! Every child you bear and raise is the hope for humanity's future.

How about quit having kids. Then people can contribute to the economy like good slaves.

Did you cook healthy meals and feed them three times a day?

Do you shop for that food while the youngest was in a shopping cart throwing out the packages you just put in?

Did you drive them to extracuricular activities and pick them up when they were done?

While taking care of them, did you do the laundry....that is, washing clothes, drying, folding, ironing?

Did you clean the house? Dust, vacuum, etc....while taking care of the kids? Did you read to them? Help them with their homework? Did you invite and entertain their friends in your house? Clean up after them?

Did you feed their pets? A dog, three cats, a bird...hamsters?

Did you take care of your children when they had a fever of 102-103? Take them to the physician...the ER? Clean up when they vomited all over their bed?

The above is what a good mom does, and she does it for 17 years, not 5.

Did your wife have a tough delievery? Sometimes women tear all the way through the butt hole and are so swollen they can hardly walk for a week, did that happen to her?


Did your wife have a baby with thrush? When you nurse a baby with thrush the nursing burns like hell and will caused her nipples to bleed.



Did your wife ever get one of those breast infections that make you pass out/ throw up from being so sick and did she have her breast streak with red streaks of hot pain?



Did she pump milk so you could feed baby while she went out to work to provide for you and baby?


Somehow I bet she cleaned the house after she came home from work and cooked you a dinner too.
