A quality multi pill every day.
1 g of C powder every day.
A strong D pill every week.
Several D pills + Zink when I feel like I'm about to get sick.

You ever use airborne? no I got enough stuff...  I have tried a lot of stuff I stopped even.. Yeah sometimes less is more. Airborne is just a vitamin c boost.
