I blame their mothers. They don't care about their kids and they won't care about american kids. Close the border.

Sometimes the little kids are kidnapped from their mothers, or abducted by another relative. Or they were tricked into believing their young child would have a better life in the US perhaps adopted into a wealthy family.

Birth moms could have been prostitutes out of economic desperation and the pimps/johns stole the baby for sale to traffickers.

Guarantee the babies were sexually molested/raped along the way. Yes I've talked to trafficked victims who saw others who weren't sufficiently cooperative beaten up and left to die.

Sadly there's been reports of moms who couldn't afford excess fees being raped to death by the cartels. These could have been the little kids they were carrying.
