They can't jump the price on day one. So you turn off the high, and modestly mark up the cheap stuff. The next day when everybody is out, you sell the good stuff for a higher margin than you'd have gotten on the cheap stuff. The higher grade let's you avoid price gouging claims a little bit, because of the previous climbing cost.

Plus all the high test guys will be burning more of the cheap stuff faster, so sell dat shit faster. Like 2 bumps in one.
