Obviously they want the population to take the more lethal Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. So this move makes perfect sense for the communist regime.

And my bosses are making a Covid vaccine mandatory for me in my new contract.

They wanted to know my reluctance for not getting one, and I said because nobody, not them, not Health Canada, can tell me these are safe because they have not been studied long enough and they have bypassed all of the normal protcols.

I don't knowhow it is even legal to make these mandatory anywhere when they are experimental. How can that possibly be legal?

My neighbour died from the Azstrazeneca. Not statistically possible he makes up more than 10% of all cases, there must be hundreds, probably thousands of clots/deaths.

That would be only the ones they are willing to admit happened. Governments will always down play this stuff considering they allowed this little tested rushed to market vaccine into Canada. They don't ban a vaccine for just 8 people with side effects. There is probably a lot more people who had various nasty side effects they are not telling the public about and keeping it hushed because they don't want to get sued by the families of the victims.

-consideration exchanged
-parties to have capacity
-arrival at consensus
-intent
-and importantly, it must be a legal venture. You can't enforce an illegal contract

I don't even want to work there anymore. I honestly can't believe they have put me in this position and that they think they have the right to tell me what to inject in my body.

Well, I work on a yearly contract. This will be my 5th year working for them. My contract ends in July. My new one would start in August and they told me that getting a vaccine will be a requirement.

They have already asked all of us for proof of getting one even though we have been working from home since early April and will not be returning to the workplace any time soon. They told us it was so they had them on file for "inspections," when there is nobody going around inspecting private businesses for vaccines in Ontario.

I just want to know who advised them that this is actually legal, but I don't know how to ask that in a non-confrontational way.

Read up on Canadian law. Employers cannot force any medical procedure or medical treatments on their employees. At all.

Imagine a employer saying in a contract that you have to get a sex change or you must take opiates.

Learn your rights.

Employers contracts cannot defy existing laws or various Charter Rights, and should they contain such violations, you can legally not sign that contract.... and if they let you go for it, you can file a legal claim for wrongful dismissal.
