It depends where you live - here in Florida there seem to be a lot of them but I’d bet in more blue states they’re harder to find. Then only go to them. My pediatrician does example will actually not accept patients if they are vaccinating their children. Finding them can be hard but there are lists online. But sometimes the doctors and dentists don’t want to be on those lists because they get harassed by the media. They plan on killing the tooth, inserting a post into the bone which will loosen over time while covering the now dead tooth with a crown which will decay and fall out years later.
