Never tried turkey egg. I might like it . Duck egg I tried it I dont care for it has a strong taste than chicken egg.

We also bought 12 red bourbon turkey eggs to hatch in our incubator.
Hope they hatch, they came from New York.

How do they compare to duck eggs?

Don’t have ducks. Do have turkeys, I don’t like turkey eggs snd they are difficult to crack. I have 60 chickens so I have plenty of chicken eggs to eat. If any glp,er is in southern Indiana by Louisville you went eggs I got eggs. Hatching eggs eating eggs I don’t care what you do with them..I gotta get rid of some eggs.

Op you going to eat those turkeys? They are looking mighty fat. I have heritage turkeys.

All I need is a metal pot big enough to dip them in the hot water for feather plucking.

They are about one or two months past their harvest date.

Nope.. I have had one goose egg in my life.. given to neighbor who did not want to try it.. I scrambled it so family could share it.. it was good.

Not really. Eggs are fragile and delicate. Plus you over cooked them. Also, cracking the egg on the side of the pan, then shoving your thumb into the shell pushes all the bacteria and nasties into the egg. Probably a good thing you burned em.

Pan is too deep. Wrong spatula. I'll think some more.

You can speed up the egg laying buy taking a firm hold of the neck and twirling them around in a circle. The dam things just start falling out.

I think I would like turkey eggs. Duck eggs are good too but rich, best for use in baking, excellent for cakes and such.

I would love a pet turkey. They're as intelligent as dogs, or so I hear.

A slice of humble pie accepted like a legend. I tip my hat to that, its eggcellent to see it still eggists.

I used to eat my duck eggs when I had about 10 ducks on a 3 acre pond in the front of a house I used to lease.

Half the time they would lay the eggs right on the front porch which was convenient.

Larger and richer than store bought chicken eggs, with a pretty hard shell.

Probably healthier.

Never had a turkey egg.
