Wonderful news that there is a coalition willing to bring a case before a world court, but hold your horses. This article is from late March, which may suggest that there may be some updating as to where this posturing stands. I'm skeptical because, as we have witnessed of certain recent cases before US courts, they have been terminated due to 'lack of standing'.

Having said that, if this 'movement' gains legs there will be an enormous amount of pressure to go forward with some form of litigation, but understanding Nuremberg is to understand a Moot Court.
