The thing that I agree with is less eating, being overweight is not good and he's intermittently working on fixing this. He still has to find the right balance between the consumption and burning calories, but parents treat him like a small spoiled kid.

There's no time for meditation. In addition to God telling him not to engage in any kind of meditation, he has many things to do, going to work, reading online content and posting, taking care of the parents, fixing his home, keeping healthy relationship with his friends, going outdoors, etc. Also he's not a rich man, so the free time is exponentially lower.

For now his purpose is leading an exemplary life, helping those around him, advising them, writing online about the current events and expressing God's own view about said events. Is there anymore free time left?

If you have more ideas on what he should do, post them here, words penetrate walls.

P.S. By the way, two things that hurt him was being called a "lazy" person and being "very stingy". People that don't know his whole life see only the appearances.
