I went out to grab something last night and two years ago it would have been busy with traffic, people out to eat, going to bars, etc. but it was dead like they were filming an apocalyptic movie or something. Empty parking lots, empty roads. Where is everyone?

All businesses are closed. This was normal when I was a kid. There were few stores open after 8 or 9 at night. And few if anything open on Sundays.
