I use a teeter hang up about twice a week it helps open up the spine to give better blood flow to the disk that are in between. The spine is decompress for so many years that it needs to be stretched to help with blood flow to the disk. Remember the spine connect to everything in the body. The teeter helps me with hip, leg, back pain.

For the op the problem is caused by high blood sugar. And the keto guys are right but if you are like me and you still want to have some carbs and starches then you need to add exercise to keep the blood sugar from spiking. So yes I do eat pizza and other good stuff but I make sure to burn it off afterwords.

it seems neruopathy and diabetes are linked

You can be on 0% sugar intake and still have the same pain. It does not go away. I know exactly what he is talking about.

Could be worms. Probably nematodes. From going barefoot as a child. Dewormers.

I know someone who keeps scratching his legs and needs serious meds not to. Diabetes. His legs look like having ''volcanoes'' all over. He knows not to do it but does it anyway. Keeps getting fatter and fatter, went into a diabetic shock once, barely survived. Can't go to the hospital cause of covid, not that they could do much there at this point. Diabetes is a silent killer. Oh and he took viagra throughout his life. Lots of it so his heart is fucked too, I guess. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Here are some suggestions that might help.
Hard to be definitive, because if you have some other condition like diabetes or something, you would need to treat that directly.



Piriformus muscle may be in spasm and crushing the sciatic nerve which will cause numbness and pain in the legs and feet.



Drink 8 oz of tart cherry juice daily.

Supplement with Magnesium and potassium. Everyone seems to be deficient.

Eat salmon a couple times a week.

Boil a whole chicken for 3 hours of simmering. The broth should help heal most mechanical issues. (This is the easiest paleo bone broth to make. You can also do beef bones in a pressure cooker with a tablespoon of vinegar added.

Inversion therapy. A tilt inversion table will help decompress spinal nerves.

GabaPentin is commonly prescribed for neuropathy.
Naproxen can help with inflammation.

Obviously, fructose is poison and to be avoided completely.

Everyone should take at least 2 drops of Lugol's iodine in a glass of water daily.

If you are around a good oriental pain relief masseuse, pay them a visit.

Limiting wheat intake is worth a try.

Eat a couple of soft cooked eggs every morning.

Don't hard fry any food.

Ivermectin to kill any parasites just to be sure they are not the cause.

IF you are on prescription meds, try to wean yourself off of them. Seems many problems are caused by doctor's prescription pads.

Obviously, take a full spectrum multi vitamin supplement and a 100% mineral supplement. (might be called mega minerals)

Ok retard. Some of you trash can humans have radiculopathy and parathesisa which can overlay and combine with neuropathy. Neuropathy dosent respond with adjustments well but some have both or all three which adjustments do very well for hence reducing some of the misery. Plus acupuncture and laser therapies can do well with depending on the person Nutrition laser acupuncture can help. Better solution then the bullet you could swallow to really fix the problem.

Lyrica is pregabalin. Gabapentin is Neurontin/ Horizant

YES \ and very difficult for those who experience extreme pain - (temporarily). I get low back issues - so bad I have to use a rope (on a door knob) to pull myself out of bed. It is a other that \ of fling myself onto the floor. This happened to me in TSA line once - and people screamed and yelled because I couldn't crawl out of the way. Sorry about your foot pain :(/ ortho pain can be awful.

First, stop drinking. There is a connection between neuropathy and liver disease. Work on healing your liver. There is tons of information on this.

Next, stretch frequently and a lot, start doing a lot of abdominal exercises so your back has more support.

If you are overweight, start working on losing weight.

There you have it. That is all you can do.

My ex has neuropathy and takes Alpha Lipoic Acid from the supplement dept. It works great.

Stop eating all processed food and sugar. Supplement with magnesium. You're welcome.

Kratom will help with pain. Green malay was my go-to.

I just developed severe foot pain especially around the heel over the last 6 months. I took some advice from this post and took some celery seed as was suggested and took a potassium magnesium and calcium pill also as suggested on here. The pain seemed to have subsided.

I have been on the keto diet for the past month and a half nand it doesn't seem to have done too much to subside the pain. The only thing different I've been doing over the past 6 months is been taking wild yam progesterone cream. Not sure if they have something to do with this pain I've suddenly developed

Helped my nephropathy..

Blood pressure medication lisinopril is the suspected cause of husband’s peripheral neuropathy. Rare side effect.

Stop consuming so many calories.

Eat 1/4 of the food you usually eat.

Have not read all the other replies, but what has helped mine the most, as opposed to blocking the symptoms, is massive amounts of raw B vitamin complex. Full spectrum B's. These are the ones I use:

I take a minimum of 4 per night before bed. I was amazed at how much it helped. They aren't cheap but are worth their weight in platinum as far as I'm concerned. My doc says they actually repair nerve damage, and can do it faster than the damage occurs in some cases. I darn sure know when I've missed a couple of nights.

I have also taken gabapentin (Neurontin) which helps somewhat but is kind of a nasty drug as far as level of brain power goes. My husband called it my "stupid drug". High doses are horrible for short-term memory. I did not find it a effective as the B vitamins.

Have not found that opiods do much, although they knock it down long enough to get to sleep. But there are a lot of downsides to it.

I had severe lower back pain for almost 10 years. I lay on my back and I do Giant circles with my leg and you'll feel your back pop in the pain stops

Start on 1.5 grams or 1500mgs of B1, aka thiamine

go look at some youtubes on b1 deficiency

you will need a high dose to get things done

dr berg has a quick youtube on it, but I'd look at his and then go look at more in depth ones.

I was getting the needles/pins in fingers and feet, seemingly out of nowhere 2-3 months back, been on fairly regular high does since once I found out about the B1, mind you I was already taking fairly heavy B complex, wasn't enough.
