They've always been shit, sadly there isn't much alternatives other than UPS and USPS who also have crappy service. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't a pleasant one OP!

I'm just appalled at how careless they could be, of course I don't think anyone should be fired over it or anything since the contents inside weren't damaged (physically anyway) but to actually see dirty shoe prints on the plastic envelope makes me pretty angry. I mean you guys wouldn't want a package treated with such disrespect would you?

Bought some cabinets at Home Depot recently. When we got home and unboxed, we found 3 out of 4 were damaged. Cracked. Kicked, dropped. Who knows? We decided to keep them and fix them, cause the bastards were out of stock after that. One word; Millennials. Fucking up the world with their bullshit incompetence.

Today, FedEx claimed three packages were delivered,yet nothing was delivered.
One Christmas, Fedex left an expensive Guitar delivery upside down neck first, jammed in a snow drift close to the front door. The porch, and sidewalks were clear and shoveled. What's with these jerks?

I am so glad that I have a greater understanding at 30 then most people over 50 could hope to get in an extra 100 years.
