She needs to take the following ASAP: VIT D3, 5000 when healthy and 8000-10000 when sick, with magnesium not calcium kind, AND K2, so that the calcium is not put in the soft tissue or vascular.

Oil of Oregano, 6 drops OR a capsule. If you really not well, I take a supplement with ibprofen as this lessons these pains in my head that have been happening since Feb, before sleep. But earlier I take the 6 drops. So twice.


Zinc. Take Zinc. C, like 2 grams or more a day. If really sick up your C, take 2 grams 3 times a day. In which powder is best but it sour, I prefer a higher grade pill than normal drug store type with Rose Hip in it as well.

Quercetin, once or twice a day, if the zinc is low grade, twice a day with the 20-25 mg type worked for me, started getting better when I upped it.

Ivermectin though its hard to find. A good occasional regime.

The others are daily.

Hydroxychloroquine, but quinine, such as in tonic water or the bark whatever parts of the bush it is, and made into teas, is a good daily routine if really sick.

My father had the shot and he foolishly stopped taking all his vitamins and now is spending long hours in the garden topless, and taking his vitamins again and zinc,copper. He is doing ever so much better.
