ive been looking into Ning Li, she created a company called Ac gravity LLC, which is crazy because many websites claim that if you add HF AC to a DC lifter the power and weight lift is increased 100x

Mercury will spin when current runs through it - or if its heated up ..Now image inf a spinning column of mercury where then uses as the core of an AC electro magnet...see 6:30 here



What happens? I am an EE and I really don't know.
I suspect the spinning disc under the pilots needs to be able to move up and down the column within some limit and is held there spinning in the field -- otherwise they would have built some sort of deck over it. This may be a power takeoff connected via brushes ( a copper plate sinning in a magnetic field will generate current) or it may be something else. Or that dick is just charged and spinning because its in a field.

It may very well be that spinning mercury using a DC current while under pressure and in a magnetic field will create this condensate needed for anti-grav.

I supect the capacitors- or capacitor like things under the craft alter the field - making it lopsided and moving the craft -- or they could be some form of shielding -- like this:

Yep and then they try to patent it and then the men in black show up.

You would be better off posting the plans for free, sending models to people to try (Can you see Joe Rogan putting it on his podcast) and then asking for donations.

Government might come after you for some patent infringement or some such, cause you know the goverment or deep state folks at Boeing or lockheed already have patents , but the end result is the genie is out of the bottle.
