I live in Texas near the Capitol and have seen steadily rising crime as long as i have lived her for over 40 years. It is almost impossible to secure the border without federal funding. Texas state resources, however large, are not large enough to properly deal with this problem. Did he tell US Customs Agents who are patrolling the border by vehicle to "GET LOST" .... and put Texas Rangers and the National Guard in their place driving patrol vehicles up and down along the border? Did he take over the housing of those who come across the border? If so WHERE is he putting them?
