You know, if the Oceans are deeper than 200 bar pressure (where oxygen turns to a liquid heavier than water) ...

there could be a thick layer of Lox (liquid oxygen) on the bottom

If you think about it.

Go check.

I’ll wait.

You have to send down a vacuum vessel that opens down far in the ocean, and closes. Or something with power that can be filled and sealed.

You couldn't pipe it out because it would gas in the pipe... you could gass it out, but, ugg. (says Charlie Brown)

On Earth, 2000 meters, 1.24 Miles below the ocean surface is 200 bar.

200 bar, and lox. hydrogen up, oxygen down... if there's any electrical separation down there.

No, because oxygen dissipates in fluid long long before that pressure. It is not physically possible.

Thread: Simple massive CO2 capture. Some places on earth are at times below the freezing pt of CO2. Just scoop it up and pump it underground.---Links

They alreasy discovered this layer.
With a small u-boot two biologists
went so deep they found a layer of non-saltwater,
tied to dive into it and bounced off this "water" they called it.
