UFO disclosure. (Could be aliens - US) Watch Russia? US and now China goes on record about tracking UFOs

So, in an alleged leaked report ahead of end of June, the US will state it's not their technology so it could be China or Russia making advance developments over the US (link below). But wait a minute, China has also made a move and have come out about also tracking UFOs and using AI to track an 'increasing' amount of objects. All you need is Russia to come forward and that's a hat trick, all 3 superpowers declaring its not them. Will they leave the public to draw their own conclusion following this or is it just the start of it all?
