I find it interesting because aircraft at the level of "Air Force 2" just don't have "mechanical issues."
They are the best planes money can buy, and have the best mechanics money can buy.
They just don't wait until something goes wrong and then fix it, they practice PREVENTATIVE maintenance so no issues will happen.
I'd bet big $$$ it was some other reason...
