No Trump didn't. Trump fought this scam tooth and nail and chartered a strategy to save this country from permanent medical police state lock down.
The permanent --as in forever-- medical police state is the real danger, not the vaccine.

If Trump had listened to anti vaxx people with a hard line stance of no vaccines, the media, democrat party, RINO party, corporate media, and world medical establishment would have painted Trump as a wacko, unfit to be president, a danger to the health of the nation and had him impeached within a month. Worse, fair weather fucks like you would have abandoned Trump and created a situation where people NOT choosing to take an optional vaccine were seen as terrorists. And that would have ended any effective resistance to the medical police state. And this would end EXACTLY in what you claim NOT to want. Perpetual lock down/quarantine, enforced by the police state AND mandatory --forced if necessary--vaccinations.
