Bad memories of Clearwater. Went down there for vacation with my Ex in Feb 1993. It was actually cold. Visited Phillies Spring training and Busch Gardens Tampa. When we landed back in Newark we learned that the World Trade Center was bombed. Newark Airport and the WTC are/were both part of the Port Authority, so the place was nuts.

I'd choose Pompano Beach over Clearwater, but thats just me. Almost anyplace other than Jersey is a step up.

i lived in pompano beach too many ancient new yorkers or toads as we called them, ill never go back to the east coast of florida. too many fuck heads there in my book. but what one person likes a person dislikes is all part of life

Tampa fucking sucks. The town I live in is a fucking Gem in the area. Low crime, lots of old people, exactly what I wanted lol.

I’ll tell you this. Take the ferry to caledesi island, it’s awesome. Go kayaking in weeki wachee with the manatees, I know of a pond in oldsmar that has a 15 foot gator in it if you’re into that LOL.

my son moved to tampa. makes great money but too many homeless. we went for pizza and the homeless were going though the garbage looking for food. i bought 50 bucks worth of pizza and they devoured it. sad not one thank you. but as my wife says you do it for charity and dont do it for ego.

I love the Three Sisters Springs! We take the pontoon out and swim out there with the manatees! It's great!
