You were idolizing Trump. That is sinful and it will always let you down, because all humans are imperfect sinners. You shouldn’t put your faith in a famous wealthy man who just happens to know how to say the things you like to hear.
You need to put your faith in Christ, not Trump or politics or America. America is on its way down just like the rest of the world.
