Why would somebody who doesn't want to have tracking devices embedded into their flesh care if they were cut off from version 1.0?

People lived without these devices before, and they can easily do it again. I see this more as a trend though, this is how they are pushing it over there. There was a story that passed through here about how they were cutting off power to villages over there who refused the vax. I think that its more going to be like this over here too. No job, no welfare, not hospital, etc.. Its interesting to watch how that happens over there, will the people resist? What will happen next, I would be interested.
