There are masks made out of mesh that look from the outside like a material but are really light and breathable.

Hey I've tried a few things, like making my own mask out of a thin cotton material but was flagged and told I had to wear a "proper" mask. They allow vaxxed to not wear masks so guys like me are now a lot more noticeable.

Dude simply say you're vaxxed! Nobody is gonna ask for proof!

Go to a 99 cent store or dollar tree, they have these super cheap, fine cloth masks that barely feel like you have anything on. I got one at christmas in my stocking and it was the best xmas present I got! I couldn't believe the difference!

Appreciate the concern, but it's more than just the mask.
The pressure and the down looks take away the little enjoyment I had for going to work. Amazing how people I have always gotten along with are now so shallow and critical.

It’s ageism, being looked down on for being older. Just have to get used to that new normal, until you can retire. Make an effort to keep up with good quality work and don’t slack off as it will be much more noticed now.

Then claim unemployment benefits.

I understand what you mean about the environment itself and the people have become unbearable.

Go to your doctor and describe your negative results from wearing a mask. Maybe your doctor and write you an exception to wearing a mask as a condition of your issues.

If you are then exempt from wearing a mask at work, and they try to force you to now take the vaccine, there are laws in place preventing employers from forcing you to take this experimental vaccine. Read here:

I had to switch to a face shield at work because I drove for a living, and wearing a mask doing longs runs like I did had my head unsafely woozy. One time I felt like I was about ready to lose consciousness, my head was falling over, and I ripped that mask off, cussing up a storm, lol. I didn't give a care one there were cameras on me, recording me, and me not having a mask on was grounds for termination.

I retired this year. I don't have to deal with that headache anymore, jumping through all the new regs and rules hoops, gratefully.
