This is because the death wave that is going to happen this fall will require people to still be well enough to work his pitiful presidency. Kill off your own and he is SCREWED.

Federal is largest employer in the country. they will get all federal employees in lockstep even have to replace alot of them. Law enforcement and military will see alot of change and once they have the frontline in line they unleash these zombies on the rest of the country
