Any Employer that pressures you to take it with threat of being fired or forced to wear a shame face mask at work is an employer that is abusive and not worth working for. Biden has been going down the 'no mandatory' vaccine passport, or forced vaccinations for a couple of months at least.

That said he's left the door open for participation in industry and regulatory standards and to allow private enterprise to do some of this on their own if they want to.

California is working on enabling a system like this now that will be 'voluntary' for businesses who want to validate if a group is vaccinated so they can comply with federal guidelines saying only vaccinated should be indoors unmasked.

At least we aren't perusing a national greendot system like in Israel; but it seems like once the technical mechanism is deployed we may be in a similar position even if it's discretionary for businesses.
