I agree. This poll was made because someone asked me to do it. Trying to see how many texans actually support him. All of my family and friends want him out. Problem is there isn't anyone to replace him with... If voting really mattered

Looks like he did a reasonable job protecting his constituents.

I loved his thumbing his nose at the federal government by telling him “Step off, anything unconstitutional falls under the 10th, and Texas will handle that.”

Wish Gov. Lee of TN would do the same.

Well I agree with you that we may need a new governor. He comes from the Bush clan if I am not mistaken, and the way he handled covid infuriated me.

However, lately he seems to be doing all of the right things, but we know election is coming.

The thing is, what is the alternative? George Bush is trying to install his nephew as attorney general, and hell no.

I think Paxton would make a good governor, not sure of others opinions here.
